Leadership here doesn't mean maintaining spreadsheets in a corner office. It means making people better, understanding the numbers, keeping customers and winning new ones – and picking up the phone yourself when needed.

What you'll do
You lead a dispatch team and are responsible for its results.
- Lead and develop your team, professionally and personally
- Onboard and support new colleagues
- Analyse and plan revenue, margin and costs for your area
- Grow existing accounts and build new customer relationships
- Keep an eye on complaints and make sure they get resolved
- Continuously improve quality and processes
- Drive the growth of your area together with management
In short: your team delivers, your customers stay, and your area grows.
What we're looking for
We don't expect you to tick every box. But you should:
- Have several years of experience in freight forwarding or road transport
- Want to lead people – not just hand out tasks
- Deal with your team, customers and carriers on equal terms
- Be comfortable negotiating and making decisions
- Read the numbers and draw the right conclusions
- Stay calm when things get tight – and then roll up your sleeves
- Hold high standards for service and quality
- Speak and write German confidently
- Have a good working knowledge of English
Leadership experience is an advantage. If you've been your team's unofficial go-to person so far, that counts too.
